Freedivers

Freediving is the act of diving beneath the surface with a single breath of air. Freedivers are liberated from the cumbersome gear required in SCUBA, though we stay underwater for much shorter durations. Freediving can be applied in many ways as in photography, but we also use it as a tool to look within ourselves by finding peace in discomfort and understanding ourselves through the process, all while developing our relationship with the ocean as well. Line diving is how we focus on our technique and we eventually find a meditative state as we descend into the depths of the ocean and our psyches. However, we most often freedive to observe the more than human world - and to enjoy a frolic in the forest.
