Soulful Freediving
Spend a day getting to know what lives below the surface - of the ocean and yourself. This course includes a 1 1/2 hour classroom session to learn freediving safety and technique, followed by an hour in the water. This course is tailored to your specific interests, curiosities and level of comfort in the water and is limited to 3 participants*.
$350 per person

Underwater Photos
Each underwater film photo session includes one 36 exposure roll/one hour of water photography. Includes digital scans of film photos and one print of choice. Photos can be added to the Soulful Freediving experience. View the gallery for inspiration. Locations available: Catalina, La Jolla, Laguna Beach, Channel Islands.*
$250 per hour/roll

Somatic Workshops
You don’t have to dive deep to find depth. We can explore the psyche without leaving the land. Find out more about yourself through guided embodied practices such as an inner critic, static breathwork, or other somatic workshops. Workshops can be offered as individual or group workshops.
